• Strengthen inter-agency cooperation: Ministries of Defense, External Affairs, and Environment should collaborate to ensure a holistic approach that considers all ethical dimensions. 

• Promote public discourse: Open discussions on defense technology transfer foster transparency and public trust. 

• Engage with civil society: Collaboration with NGOs and academic institutions can provide valuable insights and diverse perspectives. 

• Uphold international norms: India should actively engage in international treaties and regulations governing conventional arms trade and non-proliferation.
